An agentic operating model is a way of organizing work where AI agents carry out defined parts of a workflow and people hold the decisions that matter. Roles, decision rights, review gates, and governance are designed together, so agents act as accountable participants in a process built for them.
What is agentic AI in marketing and communication?
Agentic AI refers to AI systems that can take a series of steps toward a goal, such as gathering inputs, drafting, routing for review, and packaging. In marketing and communication, it can take on routine production while people keep judgment, voice, relationships, and final approval.
How is Avalier different from an AI consultancy or agency?
Broad AI consultancies focus on enterprise technology stacks. Agencies focus on AI-enhanced campaigns. Avalier is an operating model practice for marketing and communication leaders. We redesign how the work runs within and beyond your team, with governance built in, and we leave your team more capable, not more dependent.
Why does Avalier focus on marketing and communication?
It is where our experience runs deepest, so it is where we launched. Marketing and communication shape how an organization sounds everywhere, which makes them a strong place to start. When agent outputs match your brand, voice, and standards here, the rest of the organization has a model to follow. The Avalier Method can be adapted to other functions.
Will AI agents replace my team?
Not by design. The Avalier Method is built around role elevation. Agents take on routine coordination and production. People move toward judgment, strategy, creative thinking, relationships, and trust building. Every redesign includes a role plan that shows how each person’s work shifts, so your team can see where it is heading.
How do you keep AI safe for brand and reputation?
We practise glass-box governance. Decision rights, guardrails, review gates, escalation triggers, and audit trails are designed before agents run. Every agent starts by assisting or recommending, and earns more autonomy only on evidence. Beacon, our governance agent, checks quality, accuracy, and brand integrity before work reaches a decision maker.
What is the Avalier Readiness Index?
The Avalier Readiness Index, or ARI, is the readiness score produced in a Map diagnostic. It draws on interviews, surveys, and documents that show how the work actually runs, across six pillars. Your team provides the evidence, and Avalier does the scoring. It is reported with a readiness band and clear next steps.
What happens to our data?
You lend data for the engagement. It stays your intellectual property and is never used to train any AI model that Avalier or its collaborators use. You keep the Map Pack, the Workflow Blueprint, your agent configurations, and the client-ready prompts built for you, while our methods and templates stay with us.
Which AI platforms do you work with?
The Avalier offering is technology-agnostic. We work on the enterprise AI platform your organization already uses, so there is no new platform to adopt. We confirm the platform is suitable before Chart begins, and the agents we build there, their configurations, and the client-ready prompts belong to you.
How long does it take?
Map runs three to four weeks, or four to five for larger enterprise teams. Chart runs eight weeks for one workflow, or 10 to 12 weeks for two at enterprise scale. Navigate is shaped to your pace, typically as an advisory retainer.
